This is one beautiful looking machine. The engine is one of the world's best powerplants. Looks like a beauty to fly. Note the tyres, probaly tundras. Tyres such as these can get you out of desert sand, although I have yet to see someone do it. The most obvious sand to defeat of course are the beaches. It is easier to take off from wet sand than from dry desert sand.

Appears to be a Rotax 912, one mean power plant. Appears to be little wind interfering with the flight. Great stuff.

Its designed for bush flying. Short inaccessible fields, isolated areas, rough terrain.

@@user-tq8ps5wh9u Northern Illinois. Conditions here are pretty ideal except for high winds most of the time, but I like the slow speed, maneuverability, and ability to land anywhere (in this design), including engine out emergencies.

I usually see that people take off with what seems to be a smaller angle of attack for most of the run and then push forward a bit at the end, but you seem to be able to do it while leaning far forward from the start. They have all been 2 seaters though, is that where there could be a difference in technique? Or is it more personal preference or set for the current conditions? Cheers
