I love that he said they were to pad out 3 minutes but the adjectives in total barely made up a minute

11/15 Not bad, if I do say so myself. Also you miscounted. You said 16 songs but I only counted 15.

I know this is an older video, but can some explain what kind of show this is? Like what would I Google to find something similar? I was trying to look up pantomime street performances and this happened to be the first video that popped up for me and now I’m curious lol.

a little late but- basically it’s a play where everything goes wrong it’s really entertaining! they’ve done a couple Royal Variety shows, there own personal show and a christmas carol version with the same premise. Just look up “the play that goes wrong” if you wanna see them

Chris says they added additional adjectives to fill in 3 minutes. But let's not forget about when Robert is laughing in which the chair had glitches causing him to fall through the wall and he went all around the set trying to find a door to exit out of. Or even how he and Chris were trying to extend their deaths. Various moments were lasting longer than expected. So if those mistakes didn't happen, they would have had more than 3 minutes to fill in. I know it's all fictional but still. Actually, they do have real mistakes in their episodes. Like when when Robert had the problem with the gun, the actor said that he did have a real problem with it and they had to go with it.

summer once again was such a fun episode because you can tell the writers had to sit down and ask themselves "what would really be a catastrophe of a show, even by our standards?"

I liked season 2, season 1 had way too much directing and pointing at a mistake. Don't get me wrong, there was some good moments but they were more on the side of the charm rather than the mistakes. Whereas in season 2 there was more of a mixup and the ability to see alternative approaches to the mistakes rather than pulling off children animation show's trope of only having the focused part of the scene in a clearly different manner.
