It’s really all psychological, for the last 30 years all other polymer guns under 600$ sucked except for the Glock, the USP was superior but it was a grand and nobody wanted to pay a grand for a plastic gun, and since all other polymer pistols sucked Glock gained this reputation but the reality was the XD was just as reliable since the early 2000s but since 100s of other polymer guns had sucked nobody would have believed the xd was equal, now the echelon is the most superior but unfortunately so many people have been conditioned to think Glock is the best and since sig who made the best metal frame gun the 226 came out with a very subpar p320 most people would find it hard to believe a Random Croatian gun would be any better, so in a way all this crap from more brand name manufacturers has caused people to not believe Hs product is capable of such quality, it’s simply not true, the echelon is not only a Glock killer but any 9mm pistol killer so far in 2024 it is the best in every way possible. And nobody will believe it until it’s too late and discontinued years down the road, with the economy the dumb younger generation gun designers taking over I can confidently say the echelon will prolly be humanities best attempt at a polymer gun. Even hs product will have a impossible task outdoing the echelon. If this was made from a brand name manufacturer it would have been priced $1500+ .as expected most people will just complain I talked too much and come up with their own excuses and that’s the human heard mentality so who cares buy whatever you want makes no difference on me

I keep going back to the 1911 simply because it feels like I'm holding and carrying a gun, not some toy. I've had all brands of polymer pistols, and they're reliable for sure but there's just something about an all metal pistol, single stack that just feels right.
@woodystube100019 сағат бұрын
These two pistols aren’t really a good comparison. The Echelon is a large frame pistol with a ton of useful features. The Glock is the ugly, overweight girl in college that you only call because you know she’ll go bang, guaranteed.

Not even a fair comparison... A 3-18x44 in a 30 mm tube vs. a 6-24x50 with a 34mm tube... The SH4J is at least 2 scope model levels above a Crossfire... 💯

😂😂😂this guy is fud my comped 43x out shoots the Springfield. With the infinite aftermarket Glocks have like the addition of a folding wing, comp, super nice magwell, direct to slide optic, custom Johnny Glock trigger, Glock internals , 40oz weight , aftermarket holster. That big ash echelon doesn’t stand a chance.

I vote in local and state elections only because that's where the fight is. The president is just a puppet due to the kneecapping by Congress. The governor, AG and local sheriff are the most important positions. Once my eyes were open to that fact I just can't go back.

Don't ignore the importance of the courts. The president puts judges in at the federal level that impacts the system for decades. Look no further than Thomas.

For me, a polymer framed gun with a 3-4 inch barrel takes more training and practice than the 1911. It’s easier to shoot.
@thesaltman67052 күн бұрын
It's the trigger with the 1911 that really keeps people buying them .. Even a lot of modern stuff can't come close to that trigger .it looks good to . Practice is everything with any gun.

Good video. I have two identical Kimber TLE II's in .45 acp that are my primary carry guns. Have for a long time. Both have over 2000 rounds through them and I have taken training classes and regular range time with them. Never a single hiccup and I trust my life to them. They have Wolf Springs, Wilson Combat magazines, GI guide rods from WC. Otherwise stock. The only JHP I use in the is Federal HST 230 grain with 8 plus 1 in the gun. As long as I do my part, these are accurate and reliable 1911's. I live in a non-free state with a 10 round magazine limit so for me .45 acp is the way to go. Thanks for your video content.

Making the magazines uncompatible for the 19x simply means you need to buy more for that gun. People chop off that knob, of course, but yeah...

Thank for the lesson I found that once you master the correct tactical handling of the weapon the next thing to do is to practice, practice and more practice, to improve your grouping of your shots and control of the weapon.

The shocking truth? 😂 So the Glock 19 is the best combat pistol ever made. The Echelon is a nice pistol, and it will do well for anyone who wants it, but it does not trump the Glock 19. The more relevant comparison is the Glock 17.

Shot the new Echelon Comp before released, and it worked fine but not going to replace my Glock. Because not worth changing my Glock gear etc. and not worth necessary training to adopt different platform. Summary, nothing wrong with Echelon if one is starting out or coming from previous versions.

I had two kimber 1911's and they both had issues, maybe it's because I didn't break them in as you said. I sold them and bought a Dan Wesson and it, to this day, has never had any issues. I have a tisas carry and I absolutely love that gun. I also have a nighthawk custom carry, that I was given by the wife of a friend of mine that passed away, I've never shot it. I also have an old Remington 1911 that was my grandfather's.

I have had fantastic experiences with both Rock Island Armory and Tisas! I own multiple 1911s from each and have had zero problems. Most recently I bought a Springfield 1911 and couldn't believe how poorly fitted the slide was to the frame compared to guns that cost half as much. It felt so sloppy! Glad others are enjoying these lower dollar, high quality guns!
