Depends. Remember! You need stacks to benefit from the backpack. The instant damage from DTTOOC and the accuracy are available immediately, so both have their place.

I don't know if you spend a lot of time in the Dark Zone, but everything there is full of skills. Trauma makes you blind and bleeding, Hives, Fire, Foam, Ridgeway's Pride makes you bleed and slows you down. Shock bullets are super annoying! Therefore a build to counter everything.

Umbra is just broken; some people know how to glitch it. Not saying you are doing this. But just to let some people know that main reason everybody is using Umbra on PVP is really this. sometimes you died and respawn with the talent enable and will do more damage than normal. Umbra with Capacitator or Iron Long is like hot knife on butter or cheese.

Builds I used are shown at the end! At the time of recording I was at exp. 16 to 18. JFYI - Remember! The stats at the end are without umbra stacks. With stacks you can add 100% Crit DMG and of course the RPM. Have fun guys!

Only use corner glitch, safe house glitch, stairs glitch. As soon as you leave the glitch, you immediately die. They still don't understand that when you go to Safe House, Scale dz sud and other places, you only do it because they are all glitchy locations.
