My couch is a similar color. I have off white accents chairs that add a nice contrast. Also, lighter accent colors for throw pillows will help as well. I like the couch, I would position the rug differently for scaling and definitely get a new coffee table in a different shape and a complimentary material. Also, the accent chair is in an odd place. Hope this helps!! ❤

For the living room I think it depends on what aesthetic you want. Black, brown and cream looks like the color scheme you’re going for. I would say if you wanted to make your living room more blended and not so simple- then include another accent color like grey or green. I would also get another accent chair like the one you have to fill in the room more. Definitely a plant in the corner. I love the end table !
