I’m an inshore angler! I thought about getting one of those boxes but nothing in there is really anything I’d use. The shrimp, jerkshads, and top water I’d use for sure but that snook rig isn’t something I’d use for snook at all that’s just a basic pier fishing rig you’d throw some dead bait on and soak. Great video!

The way you're working the K9...is that like a dead walk style action, or are you gliding it?
@spicecantfish1321Ай бұрын
Yo! I always work both the TK and the K9 in the deadwalk, if you’re lookin for a glide bait I feel there’s much better options but the klashes are one of my go to baits for fishing around trees and other cover like that because of their ability to stay in place on the deadwalk
@sk8rfromGAАй бұрын
@@spicecantfish1321 Badass. I like both modes down south here, and I add a 2.5g grenade weight to each hook on the K9 and a 2.5 on the TK front hook to help them suspend a bit better.

I was trying to get a good look at how the lip is attached to the head and wondering if a split ring between that connection would give it more freedom to wobble. It looks like you can’t separate that connection to try a split ring without destroying the bait by cutting one of the eye connections.

Baits get stuck bro. Did you ever recover it? I throw swimbaits and I'm OK with losing whatever I'm throwing. It's just part of the game we play trying to trick these fish into biting.
@spicecantfish13213 ай бұрын
I never got it back unfortunately, but it is what it is! Like you said it’s part of the swimbait game. “Once you tie it on, consider it gone” is something I heard once, definitely rings true

You need a bates hundo. It does pretty much everything, from light to heavy. Line capacity is the only limiting factor. I ended up with almost everything Shimano and Daiwa before I took a chance on the bates. I’m never looking back.
