You dont wanna try self awaken like the guy on the left, he wasted so many cards to self awaken just for them to get reduced next turn and get attacks on his leader that he has to def else he goes to 2 life. In the Mirror you preferbly let the other guy spam his self awaken and clean those cards with whis/Goku3cost and you yourself try to get as many cards on hand that can reduce power like the Gohan or katopesla. Best case he stacks a crazy board against you and you have Beerus 5 cost on hand, he gonna have half your Cards and since you had alot of life left you dont have to waste cards to defend. Next turn play Beerus clear his board and go at him with 40k so he gotta waste 2/3 more cards to defend. If you dont have beerus now is ya time to go for Kefla/Gohan into another Gohan or katopesla or best case Promo 3 cost gohan that reduces everything 10k,clear his board with yours.

@@thadeusted6417 Best is to go at him with crit kefla 2 cost at turn 2 and get some cards out of him just dont waste anything major if you have a beerus on hand. Best case is always to have Kefla and Gohan combo in hands. Because the mirror is always at the end who can not clear the others board anymore, thats who usualy loses at the end. Best case is if the other side plays double Kefla combo, wasting 4 cards and ya playin beerus right after and clear everything. What ya dont wanna do is if you see he is not playin anything major and skips turns by just playin a piccolo or basil dont overload your Board, he probably has a Beerus

@@jphyun5469 yeah I get it, I have been play testing a lot and I have felt that I would rather bring out Kefla for more draw or Gohan/Kato for control. Anytime I bring out 17 it feel so so, it would be better in a slower format as well Blue and Red which is the format can easily remove 17 while the other 3 (Kelf/Gohan/Kato) get something right off the bat.

I like 17 in beerus quite a bit. Problem is against red it doesn't do anything unless you have two. And it hurts against red since it has no combo power. Nice against beerus Sr tho. Lots of combo less options for beerus

@@lostisintheair3776 really it depends i have play with green and most of the time it last till the last 10 cards of decks .

@@TheRichard1232 indeed. some people know it but they always try act like they dont , especially when they see key cards or bunch of super combo in it is obvious they will choose those to put at the first judging you used 3 or 2 times of looking 5 cards always and put them back at btm deck

It matters with cards like time machine and the vegeta that can summon from the bottom deck in trunks

any deck has a bad match up against red at the moment . Just gotta live with the result . Now the match up isn’t unbeatable but it’s definitely not in our favor .

You are highly mistaken. I play against red everyday and this deck does just fine. Do I win every match up. No but this deck when used right can be the biggest nuisance to red with its lock down capabilities. Drop 3 vegeta and drop four Goku are OP cards. But do agree with you on Golden death beam. That card is phenomenal against reds 3 drops which is what makes red so great. As for your deck I personally don’t like Neiz. I don’t like that we are forced to take a life. After you are awakened he is just a 10k combo Which IMO is trash considering he has 20k attack power we would love to use. I don’t think this deck needs that much self awakening. Another alternative is the promo Bulma that’s a 10k combo/blocker/stun. I also run the 1 drop Frieza stun card from the starter deck. But your deck looks great I’m excited for the matchups this season.

@@salvadorlopez5961 thing is neiz really isn’t there for the red matchup . I found neiz very very useful in the green matchup . As he is always my turn 2 play . I don’t swing with him the turn he is played . Let my opponent get me to 5 and if they don’t it sets up my Vegeta / bulma play to awaken me from 6 to 4 . And awakening early against green is very crucial in my opinion so you can defend your bodies easier. That mostly why I like neiz and I just wanna see 1 . The rest are just 10k combos

@@metaclub713i understand your point of view. I feel he’s everyone’s go too for safety but there are a few cards that are helpful as well. Hes just not my play style i guess.

@@metaclub713red is too OP for Neiz that’s why I’d rather get something from playing the card on the initial turn. Red can KO him instantly. This deck plays well without being awakened due to all the stuns.

Vegeta 3 drop is the most important card in this matchup . It prevents the boss cards of green from popping your board . And when they try to swing at your board the extra cards you have make it easy to defend the attacks . Then your following turn you can play a 4 drop Goku to stun their boss card . In testing this deck is undefeated against green . But it is a grind of a match .

Playing it today in testing I definitely think it’s better than green, blue I haven’t had any testing against and I think the way they can just bottom deck the Vegeta hurts . But red is a grind but can be beat

But I play the 3 drop Goku from set 1 that just instantly kills frost ? On top of that the main targets , kefla , android 17 , and gohan are all 25k . They get around frost?

@@evilB300 personally that card over performed . It pops something and also self awakens you . Paired with the 3 drop gohan you can kill anything that’s 35k base

He was at 7 . When he played Mai he went to 5, did effect went to 7 , he played the goten , went to 6 , swung with goten , mai effect drew him to 7, he combo 1 so back to 6 , awakened puts him at 7 for leader effect .

Yes but you can play around that by having android 17 that can’t be ko’d by effects

For the time you play that cards, ssg goku can refill the board easy. Also a17 protects himself.

@@metaclub713 Every time I think I've found a good tech or strategy against TopKu ... TopKu just renders it useless. I won't give up tho! I will find a way. I am working on Green and Yellow strategies now, and I'm watching what the Blue players are doing. Someone will figure it out.

Nothing is playable in set 2 , red or red.

The only playable deck is brain-dead topku, we can only pray for bans

It’s really fast and has so many answers to battle cards
