Hi Fatima, I’ll recommend gratitude but in a differrent way, (I journal too btw) when going to sleep try speaking with your body and thank it. Thank your organs your body, mind, thank your wounds and scars for holding up thank your existence… the body works 24/7 and let your soul express that gratitude. Life is extremely fragile, thank it for doing what it does trust me this level is deep. Ofcourse, there are multiple ways of expressing gratitude, especially with your creator. And not using any eyeshade and yes i also have lash princess mascara that i bought on your recommendation and yes its magic. And while u were putting mascara i just questioned myself didnt you had lash extensions done? Where and when did that go away ? I think i missed to know it. Loved your outfit , where was it from? sis u r so right using a petroleum jelly is much better as compare to all those lip balms coz unsy kon pori daly bht use kiy but they are just fancy things and money wasting...now what i do for my self and comfort is i use to make my own diy balm ..take a one empty lipstick.. heat a vasline or petroleum jelly what u have also put a some pink lip stick color that u love juxt this little effort melt it and pour in a empty lipstick and let it cool to set this is so best n really works for lipx it also gives me a tint by adding color to it ...if u have coconut oil easily add 2 3 drops in this mixture while melting it will give more shine to lipx thats it .. #tinted lip balm😅may it help others😊try this
