Video is very helpful. Can you please suggest a diet if we are upto 1350 k or how to reduce the calories in the diet mentioned in the video.. and if we use eggs, how many eggs in a day and whether whole eggs or only white...pls reply

Eggs are great option when it comes to lean protein 😊 and it’s blessings for non vegetarian ❤️ you can eat 8-9 eggs daily , from that 2-3 should be consumed as whole eggs or max 4 . Rest should be egg whites , try to eat eggs with lot of fiber , so it will help you to reduce cholesterol absorption from the eggs 😊 keep the body moving 👍 let me know how I can help on this further 🙂 about calorie reduction, you can reduce the quantity of the items , I will try to make a video around 1350 calories ♥️Thank you

Bhook magma bahut natural hai , uske liye diet mein protein , fiber and carbs balance way se khao, simple carbs ki jagah complex carbs khao jo hamara pet kaafi time tak full rakhate hai , Jaise ki sweet potato😊oats, barley, whole wheat. And protein ke liye vegetarian ho then ye channel pe ek series hai for vegetarian protein diet. Non vegetarian ho then have eggs and chicken breast . And acche se 6 din gym karo ,But aisi kisi goli ya powder pe trust nahi karna , that’s not good for health

@@abhilashajain6598 agar aap daily gym jate ho, body bahut active hai , and phir vegetarian hoke aapko aapka protein requirement pura karna hai , thoda calorie cautious ho,then aap ye receipees se , breakfast , lunch and dinner aram se kha sakte ho😊 as , I do strength training 6 days a week so utni calories burn ho jaati hai. @@vedshree_sehristate weight loss ke liye sa se jaruri hai calorie deficit mein rehna , matlab jitna calories aapki body ko required hai usse kam khana . And workout ( strength training is must as well) toh suppose aapka daily calorie requirement 1300 hai and aapne workout karke 400 calories burn kar diya then , 1500 -1600 calories aap consume kar sakte ho , plus protein is must , toh ye recipes se mein protein diet mein kaise badha sakte ho , wohi bataya hai 😊 thank you

Pls eat as per your essential requirements according to carb, fat, protein. avoid junk food. This means do not go overdose. Have your evening soya chips etc in one normal bowl. Have a good dinner. The next day, you will feel like you can win the universe! Work out at the gym. Let each muscle of yourr body say that they are tired.

nice video.. I really liked the dinner roti recipe it was like tacos.. I'll try something similar soon.. adding matki was game changer. We can even add more shredded veggies like capsicum carrot cabbage beet etc along with the onions to increase nutrition. and can make a dense roll out of it. hey one request whenever possible can you make a video about how to count calories in out food. how do you count them.

@@Happy_Nupur yes right ❤️ I actually measure the food items and I have made one list for 100 gm how much calories and protein that perticular item contains and I keep adding the items ❤️ for daily calorie intake I am maintaining excel sheet, where I write , calories and protein consumed and the other side calories burned throughout the workout with the help of fitness tracker ❤️at the end of the day , I make sure I maintain the deficit as well as meet the protein ☺️let me know how can I help on this further ❤️
