This is an excellent walk-through. I was looking for a video to show my dad (a new gamer), and I wanted to show him the game so we can play online together....Thank you for this video; as it was very helpful. Ive been playing the saga since the first elder scrolls.

The biggest problem is just combat. Level up and kill is the easiest thing. You can never fight someone at low level because mastering combat isn’t a thing. How can I dodge 3-4 attacks in a small area

I actually really love this version of Season Two you’ve created 👍🏼 Asami and Korra having actual conversations that will lead into them becoming closer friends and eventual lovers is excellent. As is beginning Bolin’s metal bending arc in this book rather than Book Three. Mind you, I would still put emphasis on the way he is treated poorly by both Eska and Varrick to lead into his very different relationship with Opal in Book Three.

why Skyrim... its not because its a great combat game, with tight and stratifying combat mechanics. its not because its got amazing rpg systems that allow for endless builds and character progression (we all play stealth archers, right?). its not because it has an amazing story, with branching dialog, deep characterization and wonderfully written npcs. and its not because it has cutting edge graphics (although, the scenery is quite lovely none the less). Skyrim is the single best peice of pure escapist fantasy. It is a world, where you create an avatar, and for lack of a better term, live in it. you do what you want. when you want. where you want. its as easy or hard as you want. its as long or as short as you want. want to get to level 80, become leader of every faction, level up all skis to 100, and complete everything (if that is even possible)? you can do it. or maybe you want to buy a house, get married, adopt a kid, and go to your job as a smith, or lumber jack, or miner, or fisher, and leave that adventuring nonsense to someone else? you can do it. want to be a vampire? sure. a werewolf? sure. get cured of both? sure. why skyrim? because you want to go visit your favorite vacation stop, an maybe yell at a dragon till it dies. ..... and the title track just never gets old :)

i have over 400 hours on this game and i can confirm that this is a timeless masterpiece that revolutionized the industry forever, its definitely not perfect, but the good outweighs the bad because the sheer possibilities and immersion in this game makes it a one in a lifetime experience. To me its not just a game, its a concept, there is this charm the game has that no other form of entertainment has ever been able to achieve. Love to skyrim for being my literal childhood and my favorite game of all time. If you have any chance to play this, dont miss out, this is a must play phenomenon.

I relate to this video so much! Never grew up playing video games, my bf made me play reem of the mad god. I HATED IT. Now I know I am simply inexperienced. There is so much to pay attention to in a game and it takes time to have a graded importance/danger assigned to actions. I enjoyed Stardew Valley and Unturned so far. I guess in time, I can enjoy games with pressure as well.

I still remember the first couple hours I played Skyrim after all these years. Sleepover at a friend's place. He put the game on and fell asleep as I was playing. I remember how I was just trying to quickly figure out how far the game will let me go off the path before a wall, be it visible or invisible stops me. Yeah, I had never played an open world title before and didn't even know it was a thing. I just got lost in this weird snowing forest and was exploring stuff. I was collecting loot the whole time, but couldn't figure out how to sell it. Eventually I figured it out by accident and suddenly became rich. I played 10 hours straight, never getting tired enough to go to bed. And at the end of all that? My buddy woke up and we went to go have breakfast. When we came back the game had crashed and I had never once saved my progress. After that I was addicted and harassed my mom until she got me a ps3 and the game. Overall Skyrim was probably among the first 10 games I ever played, but ultimately what really kicked off my live for video games. Whenever I was looking for what to play next I'd Google "which games are similar to Skyrim?" And get results like Witcher 3 or dark souls, which of course are nothing like Skyrim but still incredible games and among my top 5 ever

The title says it all 👍🏼 This is the most fair and honest review I’ve seen for “Legend of Korra”. While pointing out its flaws, you didn’t downplay its strengths or where it actually does things better than “Avatar The Last Airbender”. Great work

Honestly music is for me more than 50% of what makes Skyrim what it is. It has one of the most beautiful if not THE most beautiful video game soundtracks of all time and I very much doubt that there exists a game in which music has so much impact on the atmosphere and perception of a game. P.S. After 13 years I still listen to the soundtrack from Skyrim to relax, bring my stress down, sleep, read, hike... you get the idea. Kudos to Jeremy Soule.

I love exploring and open worlds with rewards for the explorers but I also explore too much that I get overpowered for the main quests so the quests that involve fights get too trivial and not engaging enough

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with BG3. For one, you have to just assume that all of the narration and the other characters say about your time-table suggests that you should not be long resting at all. I am very familiar with 5E, but combat in D&D does not usually get as large or environmental as they are in the game. If you charge directly into almost any random encounter, you'll be slaughtered. The game expects you to find a way to cheat at the combats, and makes it very dangerous to make decisions based strictly on morality. There is an early ending to the game if you make a decision in act 1 that is the "good" choice in act 3. I played a cleric/paladin in my first playthrough, so it was a bit frustrating that you're essentially forced to make a "bad" decision.

skyrims the immersion game, you dont wanna think too much about it kinda thing, what I personally dislike though is how you become the GOD of every faction in no time, if there was only some restrictions there with a class or honor based reputation system it would have been cool

Great atmosphere, great world building and lore, insanely modable, exploration is fun even after many hours of play. I find Skyrim to be a very relaxing game to play. Comforting, really. It's like going home again. I enjoy walking through the landscape, seeing a map marker pop up and going "ooh, what's that?" and getting distracted checking it out. I like that you never feel rushed and you can take the game at your own pace.

I know the answer.....Ive know the answer for a long long long time. ITS THE ATMOSPHER - more specifically the music. It fully immerses you. Its the same feeling when playing minecraft and that one song just hits while you deep in a mine. its that simple. People really underestimate the ability for setting aka music and design to draw you into the game so much more.

You are so lucky to have a wife that's interested in something you love like games, even though she didn't grow up with them. My last girlfriend had no interest whatsoever but she liked something that I didn't care for: hockey. So when she was watching a match, I would play my games, and it worked out for a while. We were both cussing up storms but she was cussing hockey refs while I was cussing my frustrations. Shame it didn't stay that way. She wanted me to watch that crap that I had no interest in and started to get mad when I got tired of trying to care about it and instead played my games while she watched those matches. We didn't work out, and I guess that's on both of us, but I envy you. Sounds like you have a great woman in your life!

Personally, I don't look for the hardest difficulty possible for me, otherwise I would play on grandmaster in Survivor. I look at what I feel is the most realistic difficulty for the world I'm playing in and the character I'm controlling. And I think for Star Wars Jedi Survivor it's difficulty Jedi Master and for Marvel's Spider-Man 2 it's challenge level ultimate with enemy health friendly, enemy damage spectacular and stealth detection ultimate
