I have two genuine questions to the people watching this: Of course what's called "Game B" here generally aims simply at creating a better life with more long-term well-being for all of us. That is, humans wanting to create better lives for ourselves *and* the humans after us. Also, at 14:20 it says "Nature creates humans, humans create technology and technology must be used to support the integrity of nature". But why should we keep humans in the picture at all? That is, do you support antinatalism or not? And for those that don't support antinatalism, i.e. want to sustain humankind overall: Why should we keep technology in the picture at all? That is, do you support Neo-Luddism?

As I listen to you, my mind asks where is your stoa? But it has been a while since this has been out, but I wondered if you’d read or researched “The Varieties of Religious Experience” by William James?

Wow, a lot of work went into this. The only problem is that there never was any wholeness, wholeness is a fallacy and a fantasy. Human beings were never in harmony with nature, or even with themselves. The basic philosophical premise of this work of art is not valid. It is beautiful, but it is pure fantasy. It is tragically philosophically blind. Anyone reading this, just keep questioning. Questions are better than answers. The questions in the beginning were more interesting to me than the “answers” given afterwards. Life is not a game. Society is not a parasite. The meta-crisis is not a proven thing. Solarpunk is an aesthetic movement with very little substance. Keep questioning.

At 53:25 the question is asked "if we speak in the idiosyncratic language of memes, how do the Dark Forests communicate?" Peter's answer is good but incomplete. As in real forests, it's the fringe that receives communication from other forests via "pheromone" drift and other means. If the core of the forest is listening, and the core must listen to the fringe if it truly cares about the forest, then the "Ents" who care for the forest should do as Peter related, go talk to the Ents in other forests and learn their ways. Ents don't become wise in a silo but neither do they know that there's more to learn if they don't listen to the fringe.

The physics of online media is neat parallel to the implications of the Dark Forest as they are articulated by Liu. He says that attacks between civilizations across the Dark Forest will inevitably take the form of fundamental changes in the physics. This could be in the slowing of time around a particular planet or it could be the flattening of 3D space into 2D space to destroy a threat. When looked at from the frame of online media zones, the rules of the zone being seen as the physics leads us to the conclusion that the changing or leveraging of those physics is one of the key vectors for dispensing of perceived threats from actors across Dark Forests.

You spoke of personal sovereignty. I would toss in here, that the shadow of personal sovereignty is clearly part of the problem. From a consciousness development perspective, we are undergoing a transition from a focus on self to a focus on the group. From there into larger and larger realms of consciousness eventually arriving maybe someday at the cosmic level. See Integral theory and its relatives spiral dynamics, ego development etc. An example of a change movement thats operating from within this frame of reference is Authentic Relating. It is decentralised, open source, leaderless, leader in every seat, and all that, but its also taking the conversation beyond personal sovereignty into an inter subjective space, ie what is happening in this moment, between us. You might call this relational meditation, as the circlers do.

Still listening & gaining traction with a current viewpoint to share in hopes to add insight, value or contrast to your current wisdom shaping endeavors: 1. Move the starting point out of the box without ever looking back (0 comparison) in order to feel forward (be 100% original) 2. Contents are ideas (higher mind conversation), not people or events (lower mind chatter) 3.
