That red halation if produced by the lens is a lot and would really spoil shots where you didn’t want it..

Nice video, great color correction, but if you write "TEST" I expect to see how sharp or not the lens is, whether it has chromatic aberration, how is the bokeh effect. Adding these vintage effects defeats, in my opinion, what I believe is the purpose of the video

I understand. This was a test for me, to see the look I can achieve with this lens using my colorgrading workflow. But if you are interested in the performance of this lens, I made a review in spanish. yes it is the pool the used for the Barcelona Olympics and also Australian singer Kylie Minogue did one of her hit songs at this pool in 2004 she did the video clip there there is a behind the scene's video of her showing you around on how the video clip is put together and it was done at this swimming pool area

I added this in post, to emulate the film look. The lens doesn't give you that. It looks super clean without those effects.

i use a samyang 35 1.4 mk2 , its great also less focus breathing compared to sigma or sony , u get some loca tho

I have an 08 650 as well. I love it too. I am a little surprised to hear the new one is slower ? I thought it would be the opposite. I haven’t riden the new one yet though.

@@Rman10102 emission regulations are a killer. Once it's uncorked it shouldn't be an issue.
