Ero partito da Venezia per andare a vedere quel concerto. Poi per errate informazioni su come arrivare in treno ci siamo persi in un' altra località. Ma da vecchio Quo fan non ho perso nulla.

This pairing is pure brilliance. Never sounded as good on their other recordings. Not overplayed, truly locked in, great guttural vocal.

I had the recording off KZbin of 4500 times from this concert. Somehow, I lost it. Does anyone still have it? I thought it was a stand-out amazingly played piece of rhythm rock music. It ran for the best part of 20 minutes if I remember rightly. Can anyone help?

It's true this song only reached number 36 and they didn't bother to make a video, but the 1+9+8+2 album, although definitely not their best, had reached number 1 on the album charts, and the first single, Dear John, had gone top ten ( plus the tour was , of course, massive, including the famous televised concert with Prince Charles and Lady Diana attending, and the fact that they headlined that year's Monsters Of Rock). So whoever said that this single didn't do well because SQ were perceived as unfashionable, is only half-right: Quo was perceived by anyone outside the Quo army of fans and the world of hard rock/ metal as unfashionable, but they were still commercially massively successful and retained a huge, loyal fanbase.

All time favourite band. What you see is what you get . Nothing fake . ( like the music nowadays) . Would of been great to see original drummer John Coghlan behind the drums

Whatever you want, Just supposin and Never too late are comparable to the albums before RAOTW. Great tracks like this one, Over the edge and Take me away are up there with early 70’s stuff.

Status Quo Live! Um dos melhores discos ao vivo já lançados! Ouço-o com muita vibração e em várias músicas a platéia entoa côros, como uma grande torcida de rock and roll, selando a marca registrada do Quo +Live.
