Sorry, I didn't stay at Melia las Dunas. But I heard that Melia CSM is much smaller, quieter, less family-friendly and better maintained.

Thanks for the video. However I would have liked if you showed inside a regular junior suit ( not in the Royal section ) as more tourists book those rooms.

Отдыхал в этом отеле в апреле 2024. В отеле всё очень красиво и хорошо за исключением еды и чистоты в ресторане. Много раз видели тараканов возле хлеба и фруктов . Рацион скудный ,приготовление пищи оставляет желать лучшего. Часто утром не было сливочного масла. В целом приехать можно один раз.

Great video you guys. Please tell me this. I have knee issues and going up and down stairs is a problem wirh me. Does this resort have facilities in place (elevators, ramps, golf carts etc) to help me get everywhere I might want to go? (ie: from room to restaurants, beach, pool etc..) Thanks so much h, Steve S

Thanks! They have golf carts to get around. The resort is large and it is not on flat land. The Royal Service section is located on a hill, you have to take the golf cart. Access to the beach is also more difficult, there are stairs.

Hi, it's warm, but windy. An employee told me it's like that in winter in Costa Mujeres. Some days the sea was rough, no swimming.

People of all ages. It's not a very quiet hotel, but not the big party either.

I'm early 60's. Most guest are between 30's-70's. There's nightly entertainment but not exactly a party place

Visité el hotel en octubre de este año,pasamos bonitas vacaciones alli fuimos por mi cumpleaños, todo muy bien ,..las dos piscinas muy lindas,la playa espectacular, la comida poco variada eso si ,y no todas las noches abria el buffet en la cena,la abitacion normal,....animacion muy buena todas las noches actividades ,al ser un hotel pequeño todo quedaba cerca

Your camera work is great, 👍👍but the place is dead !!! 😳😳You don't mention that probably more then half the restaurants and services were closed !! What about the horrible biting insects that eat most folks alive ??? Why is this not covered ?😡😡

Was there in May 2023 and it was a great resort. People and staff were very nice. I had a great time, looking forward to going back soon when prices go down a bit. Blau Varadero is a Cuban 5 * for sure .

We stayed in the Royal Service side for my wife’s 50th and it was the best holiday I’ve ever been on and worth every penny, hotel and staff amazing. Watching this makes me want to go back, shame there are no longer any direct flights from the uk when Thomas Cook went under.

Hotel playa vista by far one our favourites…. The staff all work so hard to make you feel like family…. To us they already are…. You will not be disappointed with this hotel….
