I can't get the refill station to work on my fine point lumocolour 316 correctable markers. I've tried it on two of the markers after they ran out of ink now and it didn't work in both cases

Hello @merren2306, For refilling the Lumocolor non-permanent universal pens 316 you need the refill station with the article number 487 15. Please make sure that you have the correct refill station. Furthermore a successful refill process depends much on the condition of the tip. It should still be in a good condition to allow absorbing the ink (not clogged/bent/worn down/dried in). Of course, you can also do this with FIMO air or FIMO air light. But please make sure that the finished artwork does not get wet afterwards (e.g. when cleaning the mirror): When the dried clay comes into contact with water, it dissolves again. Best regards, Sonja from STAEDTLER

Die pigment arts pen Stifte funktionieren auf vielen Oberflächen (z.B. Holz, Glas, Kunststoff, Stein) und Papieren (z.B. Markerpapier, Aquarellpapier, Layoutpapier, etc.). Um die Pinselspitzen bestmöglich zu schonen eignen sich möglichst glatte Papiere am besten. Viele Grüße, Sonja von STAEDTLER

Hello, congratulations on the video and the channel! Could you tell me if it is true that drawings made with graphite "erase" over time?

UV radiation can have a negative effect on pretty much everything (including fading of clothing, even hair becoming lighter), including artwork that is painted. However, compared to the ink from fiber-tip pens, graphite pencils offer far better resistance. In general there are various standards that define lightfastness and provide for verification via tests. As we have not carried out any of these tests with our graphite pencils, we are not able to provide any information about the lightfastness of our pencils. According to our Lab, it can be "expected" from a chemical point of view that graphite downstrokes would show a high lightfastness if we had carried out these tests. However, it must always be taken into account that environmental influences (temperature, humidity, incidence of light, etc.) also have a corresponding influence on the lightfastness. Wow I am so excited about this course. I am clueless and have been watching so many videos how to get started and what I need. Having now purchased some supplies and sat staring at them avoiding making a start with a mindset of I cant do that, well after watching your step by step tutorials I am buzzing to get started. Thank you so much for popping up on my youtube and sharing the tutorials and even giving access to the templates. I am a 69 year old retired lady in UK and if nothing else this new challenge will stop me falling into the afternoon nap syndrome 😂😂.
