Do you know the difference between the Marsgraphic Duo and the watercolour brush pens? I have a set of the Marsgraphic which are starting to run out, however when looking to purchase a replacement set I can only find these watercolour brush pens. 🫶🇦🇺

I can't get the refill station to work on my fine point lumocolour 316 correctable markers. I've tried it on two of the markers after they ran out of ink now and it didn't work in both cases

Hello @merren2306, For refilling the Lumocolor non-permanent universal pens 316 you need the refill station with the article number 487 15. Please make sure that you have the correct refill station. Furthermore a successful refill process depends much on the condition of the tip. It should still be in a good condition to allow absorbing the ink (not clogged/bent/worn down/dried in). Welches Papier ist am besten für diese Marker geeignet? Ich wundere mich, dass sie beim Tucanbild nicht streifig sind, obwohl sie doch keine Alkoholmarker sind(?)

Die pigment arts pen Stifte funktionieren auf vielen Oberflächen (z.B. Holz, Glas, Kunststoff, Stein) und Papieren (z.B. Markerpapier, Aquarellpapier, Layoutpapier, etc.). Um die Pinselspitzen bestmöglich zu schonen eignen sich möglichst glatte Papiere am besten. Viele Grüße, Sonja von STAEDTLER
