Heaven and Hell and Mob Rules are great albums ... But they don't even come close to Ozzy's Blizzard of Ozz and Diary of a Madman ... Sorry for bursting your bubble, guys ...

Well, IMHO, I thinf Black Sabbath albuns are better. Blizzard is a masterpice, but If you have Iommi riffs and a great singer like Dio, sorry for other bands.

My goodness, this brings me back. My older brother had this concert (mislabelled as 'Live in Manchester' ) on audio cassette. I must've listened to this a thousand times plus!! I Never knew it was ACTUALLY the MIlan show until now. Hilarious. Listen to young Bruce....great stuff. Such wicked energy and sound; band totally clicking and firing on all cylinders .....and 1981. Fuckin brilliant. Clive was and is such an influence on my playing.....back then (as a youngster just starting to play drums)...and now. I play a bunch of stuff from the first two records on my channel. Great stuff, indeed. Thanks for posting!!! Cheers. Up the Irons !

Agosto de 1993,, Plaza De Toros De Gijón 👌🫶…3 meses arrestado en el cuerpo de guardia del cuartel militar RaCa 63 en El Ferral De Bernesga ( León ) . El motivo,,según el oficial de guardia por llegar 42 horas tarde del permiso de fin de semana ,,llegar sin el macuto con mis uniformes ( ✋ juro que el macuto con la ropa lo cargué todo el fin de semana,,incluso al concierto se vino conmigo ) y obviamente también me acusó de llegar bebido y drogado 😮. Que exagerado,, para empezar no fueron 42 horas,,fueron 41:37 según el parte de la guardia civil que amablemente me recogieron tirado en la calle y me llevaron gratis al cuartel militar…….en fin,,lo único que ocurrió fue la envidia que sintió el oficial de guardia al enterarse que pude ver a Deep Purple en Gijón 😂🎉🎉😂😂😅😅🤪🤪😁😁🤣👌😍🥰👍

I was at this gig and thought Gillan murdered the Sabbath songs, and then Sabbath played Smoke On The Water and it was just too much to take. Thankfully Gillan didn't stick around in Sabbath for long.

Hi, friend. I love Born Again. IMHO Gillan did a great job, but he is better singing his songs. Some Ozzy songs I think are nice on his version, some others are not. Anyway, Ian Gillan is a perfect singer for Deep Purple.

I was also there... and I completely agree. This show (their only UK show!) was appalling. Atrocious. Dire. Gillan was just a bad fit for Sabbath.

Awesome. Gillan sang Heaven And Hell perfectly. Wish Sabbath played more Dio songs during the Ian Gillan era. Would've loved to hear songs like Neon Knights, Children Of The Sea, The Mob Rules, The Sign Of The Southern Cross... It's a shame Gillan went back to a reformed Deep Purple instead of staying with Black Sabbath and making more albums and doing more tours. It is what it is and I'm grateful to have what we have.🤘

Paul Di Ano has this raw punk style, fashion of streets like 80s. I like his records too. Woman in Uniform, cool!!! And Yes, Dickenson is cool too. Like a devil... I like this song I ve got a fire... thats one of my fav..classical heavy metal... you can beat me my own game, u know.... i ve got a fire! how i like this song!!! This guitar intro....thats cool!
