With the first one my opponent always stops me to push the elbow hard into my face. But with the second one i see, if you keep your head against his, it will be way harder to defend i guess. So i’ll definitely try that 💯

Is your left heel safe from a counter heel hook from the standing opponent when you hook their far hip? Or is this something you can roll with if they go for a quick counter attack?
@WtfARabbitАй бұрын
If you hamstring curl and triangle your legs back, there should be a very minimal threat. A counter inside heel hook would have them have to unweave your triangle and fish for the inside heel hook.
@CoasterdogАй бұрын
@WtfARabbit I should have phrased it better. I mean when the partner is still standing and when you weave the leg initially, it seems there may be opportunity to rip a counter heel hook.

I know this one by another name, but this name but not one that I like to say, so I’m glad it’s getting a new name.

Check out D’arce from sit out. Turtle escapes are great because if a bear were to attack you while you played dead you might be able to get the tap.

@@jaredfoster6839 I imagine that to look/perform a lot like the ghost escape from side control?

Yeah if they do nothing with both their hangs this will work lol. You are better off just using your other hand to squeeze your wrist towards your biceps, thats a way better squeeze and both hands stay behind his back.
