It's based on the storyline that had Triple H as champion, yes but that doesn't mean you can't play it as someone else.

I feel like there were a handful of battles where you could have finished the match much sooner but it seemed like you always waited until your next special before pinning them.

You probably could have finished the tag ladder match in half of the time if you actually tried to climb the ladder instead of constantly picking the person up to strong grapple them after you likely already knocked them out.

Tag Ladder matches can be very tricky and require at lease opponent to be very weak or ideally 'losing it' before attempting to climb the ladder. And even then your CPU partner has to help out keeping the other CPU opponent busy.

It took me until one of the HHH fights to notice that you were switching signature special moves to match many of your opponents. Stone Cold Stunner/Pedigree/Tombstone etc.

I don't think that was a good strategy for the Royal Rumble. Those irish whips are easy to get countered, and if you try to hit someone that another computer is focusing on, they could end up hitting you out too. I think it's a much safer (but slower) strategy to hit them close to the ropes and hope a strong hit puts them on the outside, and of course don't get near a computer player that is switched on another computer player on the ropes.

It's a successful and common strategy to use. There are risks, of course, but there's a risk with every strategy. The CPU can easily get in the way in the blink of an eye and ruin everything.

@@64bitwrestling Eh part of me wants to say that's those countries' problem, but if it is that big a concern, I might suggest going into the Create-A-Wrestler mode, go into their profiles, and either change or remove the music, that way it doesn't mute the whole video.
