I was so excited to find your video! I am scheduled for this surgery in November. I'm a 56 year old woman who wanted a face and neck lift to help with my appearance and self esteem. I was told by two plastic surgeons that I'm not a candidate due to a previous parotidectomy surgery for a large benign tumor under my ear. The surgeon offered me this option (still not a facelift) and I immediately said NO do to the scar. I have since reconsidered and I'm going to go for it. Your video was very clear and helpful. Thank You.

15 days ago, I had eyelid surgery, upper and lower. You mentioned aquaphor and antibiotic ointment. When can I apply those, and do I apply them where my sutures were? I also find that the corners around my eyes are dry and would love to put some ointment in that area. Thank you for this great information!

Same here, my recovery has also been amazing! I am not even Italian, but i also got told off for using my arms too much. The fatigue got me though. But i feel so blessed that those things ate out. Mine were in for 36yrs. Thanks for sharing!

Hi Mister Maniac, We wholeheartedly disagree based on our experience. We've been in practice here in San Diego for 36 years and, sure, people what to feel confident in how they present themselves to the world. But if you are doing the surgery because *someone else* tells you that you should, then you are doing it for the wrong reasons. It's important to do it because *you* want to. :) ~ Monique

I exercise almost every day in the week, bike riding and weight lifting are the main things i do and guess what, even though im lean i still have this stubborn pouch of fat on my lower belly. Sometimes this type of procedure helps where exercising does not.
