When I was in kindergarten the teacher handed out drums and percussion noisemakers. The end result wasn't too different than this. Sociologists have plenty of descriptions of primitive collective rhythms.

This is moving to me as a djembe drummer. I love seeing the chemistry between these two Djembefola grandmasters. I believe they were angels sent to this life to teach us about these rhythms and the knowledge they both have between the two is amazing.

@@panafricainlaguinee6567 I dreamed as a young djembe drummer to one day meet Mamady Keita. I have always been inspired watching him drum and guess drummers that drummed with him. They both have taught their daughter very well and she is now carrying her father's legacy heritage and tradition through her. Now she has to continue what her father taught her. It could be with anything in life a career job a passion that she might have anything she sets her heart and mind to accomplish. I pray to the ancestors to guide her and bring sound choices and a happy fulfilled life

What makes this performance so great is their ability to convey complex emotions through their drumming. They are truly communicating through music. I mean, music in itself is just sound. Its our experience of music that makes it meaningful and beautiful. A musician who can convey his emotions well through music to his audience is a really great musician.
