Thank you for this video. However, it really goes to show how shit this stovetop is given that such a video needs to exist. Good design permits the user to actually use the product in a manner which makes sense to them from the get go. This stovetop is trash from a UX perspective. “Premium” product my ass, what the fuck is wrong with DIALS!????!???!

Located a manual. Page 16 includes how to turn off the lock permanently www.manualslib.com/manual/1310574/Fulgor-F7it30.html?page=16#manual Permanent unlocking: To disable the function permanently,turn on the cooking surface and simultaneously press the pause (6) and key (5) buttons. Then release these 2 buttons and press the Pause button (6) again.

@@denisewilches7203 mine is configured like the one in the video. 5 is the bottom right + button 6 is the central - button. pressing 5 and 6 at the same time will unlock it. but if you press 6 again right after it will stay unlocked. I do notice sometimes this doesn't work at all so you may need to turn it off and try again. it took me about 3 tries.
