@@nigeltufnel9525 I get it. I belong to some community clubs so I see a lot of community and small business owners. However if you are an employee, it is tough to survive up here. There are pros and cons to tourists, but they feed a majority of our economy which allows us to live here and for others to enjoy in our lifestyle.

The house is a little dated and rustic. Looks like other houses in close proximity. Is this a subsivision? This house would work on a larger wilderness Lot, e.g. 109 acres.

moving to keystone in december! will not be buying a house i got a job at keystone resort, and they will be providing the housing! i will say you did answer a lot of my questions about the town and how to utilize it the best i can. i really appreciate it im super excited and super nervous!

Nicely done, Anthony. I can’t agree with the comment about this home being dated. The decor and finishes work well for the setting. One suggestion, I would drop the reference to “his and hers,” as two men or women are just as likely to be the buyers as a heterosexual couple.

@@LivinginColoradoMountains My husband and I would ski 2 weeks or so a year, mostly out west (We are in NJ.). Then we had kids and didn't ski for 25 yrs. My husband and I are now retired. We started skiing again 2 yrs. ago, taking our adult children with us to New England, Okemo and Mount Snow.

@@amantedelmondo1787 Definitely not 0%, but they have done a pretty good job with defensible space (clearing out trees and tall grasses close to the home). The metal roof helps too, but wildfires are inevitable in dry climates...

it's a nice house, but... why even bother to build windows in on the side when you can't really use them if you don't want your neighbor to watch what you eat? And i can already hear the neighbors scream "Turn the volume down!" when you sit on that Terrace ^^

@@scottstuerke4560 This water is very mineral heavy with limestone and iron deposits. A good water filter and you may be able to drink it, but don't quote me 😅

Its hard to watch you due to you not even knowing what a primary suite is. All suites in the house are not primary suites. There is only one primary in a house. Primary means the main or master bedroom. It may help if you toured with a seasoned realtor to learn more about the houses

I lived in south park Fairplay in the late seventies, I still remember the school there every Wednesday took us to Breckenridge skiing during the winter, they paid for everything ski pass and ski rentals. I loved living there. getting over the pass in a school bus we never had a problem back then.

@@LivinginColoradoMountains Yeah it was great we got out of school for the whole day, they even gave us an instructor for the beginners. I doubt they still do that anymore, but back then it was great. That's how I learned to ski when I was in the second grade.

Yeah with as nice of a house it is and how big, I wouldn’t want my neighbors that close or no backyard. I understand what they’re going for but not for me for that size of house.

@@dollysberry9585 that sounds like a dream! We have some options in Blue River and south of Breckenridge where you can do some scenic hikes. Breck has some great night life for dancing and the county has options for salsa dancing, country western dancing and more!
