@@grlnexdoorable just cold is fine so it’s easier to cut through. Too soft is not good to cut through and will get messy. Right out of the fridge is fine.

I just use any chocolate of choice and mix a little bit of coconut oil. Here I used my dehydrated, persimmons, pistachios, and sea salt, but you can use any toppings you would like! Hope that helps~
