This a another reason before one marries, they have consult with a minister, these and other scriptures need to be looked at, and things handled before marriage, or the marriage is not done. Thanks for what Ezra lesson teaches, i did not know of this teaching,

Please read Exodus 22:16. Fornication is when a woman marries a man who didn't take her virginity. Thank you!

Fornication is done before marriage not during. Jesus was referring to a betrothal marriage not an American marriage. You teach a half truth PERIOD.

The sad thing is a lot of people take out the Baptism part when it comes to salvation even though it’s mentioned numerous times in the New Testament. Jesus Christ himself commanded it in Matthew 28:19. I love how you related this message with Al Oliver being in the HOF. I’m a huge baseball fan and I believe God is too. I always relate God’s word with baseball when I can. ❤️

That was awesome and yes I agree with everything you said. Al Oliver should be in the Hall of Fame. I attend Crosspointe Church of Christ in Middletown, Ohio.

Interesting,I liked Al Oliver, wasn't the man on his teams, great career. I have confessed Jesus and believed! One day,I will be with the Lord because as John 14:6 says, Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life!!!

Kyle you are an excellent debater and I have watched many of your debates and at first I thought you were exceptional but I'm sorry you now appear to me as just another brain washed convert of a fairy tale. I do not have much knowledge of the bible but I have enough to put some of your arguments to the test and you will be stunned and unable to answer some of the questions I can ask you.

@@ForOdinAndAsgard Hey don't know how serious you were about this question and I'm not looking for an argument but there are 2 general ideas that I have heard about this verse. 1 it was tied to a pagan practice that they would preform to either have kids or make the flock better or make there crops better next year and God didn't want Israel to participate in that and 2 The idea that it was wrong to take from the same goat twice as you were abusing that animal, by taking its milk and its kid.

Powerful lesson! Many of the pulpits among the Lord's people are filled with cowardly, compromising, popularity seeking, money making men instead of men who preach the plain and pure doctrine of Christ! (2 Timothy 4:1-5)
