Beautiful area for sure. The late John Templeton of somersby was the go to authority on all things bush from mt penang to Mangrove creek and down south to the Hawkesbury river.I was fortunate enough to take a few o/niters all over the area in the mid 70s, before this all got cool.

Either way is ok. Have done both over the years. Plenty to see....worth taking time on the walk.
