Now that's 2 gay anime with a main character named Adachi (Adachi to Shimamura from 2020 was the first). Menaria was, if I recall correctly, the first Avatar character (wielder of all 4 primary elements) outside of the anime inspired Avatar franchise. Or at least this anime's take on the Avatar. I'm In Love With The Villainess is worthy of a second season. Make it happen this coming fall, Japan. And I appreciate these series challenging the society norms (like how some believe it's okay for a male and a female related by blood to have a sexual relationship but call foul at the idea of two people of the same gender identity not related by blood doing the same thing). This may have started with Lott and his daughters but the circumstances were very different for them back then compared to today.

people dont listen to the victims of sexual assault in general, I am a gay men, I was coerced into sex in a very similar situation by a very close (at the time) friend, and when I opened up about how I felt raped to friends in common they immediatelly started gaslighting and to victim blame me and pressured me to apologise to my rapist for accusing him..I had to remove myself completely from that group

Jellyfish Can't Swim in the Night is cute one too! There are hints of girls love. Honestly a very sweet and encouraging anime, plus it's really nice seeing 4 creative girls support and look out for each other. Yeah omega verse does confuse me at times and as a transman I can't really enjoy it. Like I didn't know the anime was omega going into and it caught me off guard but yeah still can't get into it. also really love cherry magic, I watched the live action before and really enjoyed the anime too! Such a sweet anime and so glad both couples get a chance to talk stuff out.

It's such a waste to not watch tadaima, okaeri. I read the manga many moons ago, and it is straight up the most wholesome thing ever. The refusal to watch is on the same level as straight dudes being like "I won't watch yuri on ice bc it's gae" as in the driving force of the anime isn't the omegaverse, just like the driving force behind yuri on ice isn't that they're gay. For me it's all about building good relationships with the people around you, finding family and love, overcoming trauma. Oh and if we're talking consensual, it doesn't get more consensual than this. Absolutely 0 noncon mind reading in it

Im a little disappointed you are not watching Tadaima, Okaeri. Its actually really wholesome and adorable. I have no clue what the omegaverse was before i started watching and still dont get it. I am enjoying the show and i really think you should watch it. The omga stuff isn't really that bad in the anime. Its mainly about 2 husbands raising their kids together, and they really love each other. Even the kids are cute. Please watch it. Trust me.
