For those who are watching i am growing my hair very fast i use african shea butter (yellow kind) i put it on my braids. I use the bark she mentioned in a spark bottle on my braids. I bought it in a doo grow treatment. I also use african black soap. Its fresh and it melts easily, i hope that helps. I havent used the rooibius tea before but i wouldnt mind trying it.

When I was 3 and 23 years old I used to have very long thick hair not its short and thin I want to grow my hair back thick healthy and strong I’m 37 years old my hair is not growing back I tried everything I got my hair trim last year it won’t grow back again I want to grow my 7 year Old daughter hair and my 4 year old son Jayden hair too as well I tried hair growth pills those don’t work I don’t know why my hair is not growing anymore I tried using pills from Walgreens and target to grow my hair nothing seems to work at all. i'm a male everyone hair is difference what may work for some people hair may not work for some people hair i disagree most say the sun is bad for our hair and don't add water everyday that it's unhealthy because i agree most say the sun is good for us and our hair i do agree that too much sun and water can casue hair breakage but i think there is nothing wrong adding little bit of water and giving hair some little bit of sunlight i do agree you don't wanna over do it too much my hair actually loves to have little bit of sun and water and i do agree only wash our hair sometimes with alot of water not all the time and i also agree most advice to used a bonnet that before we lay our hair down and also when we lay our hair down going to sleep i do agree most say our hair is like a plaint that it does need some little bit of water and sun my hair has been growing healthy for me just fine when i did that i had no hair breakage at all when i went out in the sun yes that may be true for some people hair but that's not true for most people hair because i don't have that problem with my hair at all i had no breakage doing that because i do think it's important to give our hair some fresh air as well that is what work for me i think that's healthy to me yes there will be some shedding hair that's normal as long not all of our hair falls off than that's when it's bad when all the hair breaks off not all of my hair is breaking off and for some of our hair the sun and adding little bit of water was help some of us with our hair growth that's true i may not work for some you guys but i does work for some of us i also think everyone hair also growns difference too some people hair grow slow and some people hair grows fast well for me my hair grows slow but it is growing back my hair takes months and years awhile for it to grow back long the way i want it
