There isn't really more money involved in being a MFT. They become a unit's source for nutrition and fitness, and can help develop plans for overall unit readiness.

Pretty cool video. I have been doing the "barefoot" running (on Merrells) for some time now. Interesting how these theories connect to my practice of an evolving running style coming from classic shoes. I do think that generally the high cadence is pushed in training while it's not for everyone. Great to see that from a certain speed, the gazelle style is inevitable.

Which app or site are you using for this video? Would like to see the entire muscle skeletal system to use as study guide. Thx.

I think we are absolutely getting stronger. Look at the bench press world records. Back in 1850 the bench press records were so low that if i had lived at that time id literally be the strongest man on earth, and im under 200lbs. The record was only 350lbs for the bench press at that time, which is less than half the weight of the current records of 700+lbs. PS: Thats NOT including records with bench shirts, a few of which are currently over 1000lbs.

I used to be a gazelle type of runner when I was younger. I am now a glider. I am not an expert but I know from my running a glider ( shuffling) style that my upper glutes and hamstrings fatique and cramp faster having less time to relax between strides. In the gazelle style it appears that the glutes are less susceptible to fatigue cramping because they can relax ( being off the ground) during the longer air time.

get them to run without the shoes(barefoot) and record again. youl notice that heel-striking will disappear and theyl run more flat footed leading to landing more under COM. please try this and watch the difference without saying a word to them
