@@Spectral.Array.VFX2005 really glad you replied 😊. If you dont mind i have tutorial requests (flip) for you... each basically having doubts on its own. 1) professional beach waves using flip sim. KZbin has lots of bw sims but most of them are just simple renders. Those vids that claims bw tutorial simply uses shelf tool and zero percent professional. If possible can you atleast provide detail breakdown of pro bw sim? It will really help me. 2) guided ocean layer....i never understood how to sim a small flip tank and then combine seamlessly with the large ocean.... especially when using cam frustum. I would be glad if just do a basic one like boat in a small flip region and then merged with large ocean. 3) have you seen the moving flip domain presentation at sidefx hive (or siggraph ig)? The one where flip container moves along with animated boat/ship basically reducing computer ram? Neither youtube nor them presenters have shared any doc/file to discuss on this topic. If possible can you atleast have a look at it? You dont need to make tutorial on this one. 4) this one is personal and really complicated... i dont think you would even consider it. Basically i am trying to create a shot where a very huge boulder like thing drops into water and creates big splashes and water shockwave/ripple.... these splashes and ripple collide with a nearby boat (which was prev standing/floating still on water) and as a result it is dynamically pushed back. I will learn and create on making the splashes but will never pull off as to how to achieve the push back effect naturally.... like not using a single keyframe. Ik its to complex to even ponder about... you can skip it (reason i said it cuz i dont know if i will get a chance again to talk with someone who uses houdini so professionally) Long list but pls read it. Is it Houdini 20? This issue should not occur. However, if you are still experiencing this problem, I suggest reinstalling Houdini. I understand that this process takes time, but it may be the only way to resolve the issue. 😊😊
