When using foul play, you want your attack low as possible so you don’t need choice band

That's not quite true, but I know where the confusion is from! When getting HIT by Foul Play you want your attack as low as possible, since the attack uses the opponents attack stat, so the lower the attack of the opponents Pokemon the less damage it would deal. The reason I had Choice Band here was cause the effect is a little weird, it doesn't really boost the attack stat itself despite wording. It more boosts the power of any physical attack. So it boosts moves like Foul Play despite not using your actual attack stat, and even moves like Body Press that uses your defense stat. Appreciate the comment!
