Ele fez essa música para os brasileiros primeiro, uma versão disponível aqui feita no Brasil, do depois fez outra versão na prisão, essa e a realidade do nosso desgoverno, um pais tão rico e um povo tão pobre!

So I know this is 4 yrs later than you posted this but you mentioned Jay Z not singing B*tch in his own lyrics but Chester and Mike are. Just a tiny bit of info into that, you will honestly hear almost zero cursing on a LP album. Yes they will cover tough and/or dark topics, but they don’t curse much, if at all. Mike did more in his Fort Minor side project that was way more grounded in hip hop than LP Is. This show was produced with them on 2 different coasts and originally was just going to be producers taking pre existing songs and smashing them together, LP (and Mike probably felt the most strongly about this) said no. So they hit the studio to redo the songs from both artists to make them go together better. They didn’t get a lot of time to practice or see each other so when they performed this live, it was the first time. Mike and Chester were very much in their I don’t give a f*** era lol and just having fun and Jay Z was trying not to go overboard and make it unplayable to a tv audience. I don’t think he was embarrassed or anything, it was more, ‘this took a lot of work, its a big moment, and it can make a big impact’ and he didn’t want to go overboard with the language. I think he balanced it and he took cues from Mike and Chester as well, It’s one of my favorite collabs to watch still :)

Streisand is considered one of the greatest singers of all time and one of the biggest stars of all time. She started on broadway in the early 60s. She was nominated for a Tony but didn’t win. She won an Oscar for best leading actress in 1968 for her first movie. She received Emmies for a series of specials she did in the 1960s. She’s one of the best selling singers of all time and has number one albums every decade since the 1960s. And she’s won a bunch of Grammies. She’s one of the first women to direct, act and produce. Streisand paved the way for women like Madonna, Gaga, Swift, Beyoncé etc who called their own shots and blazed their own trails. Next, try Sarah Vaughan singing Maria. Her voice is astounding.

You don't know this song because the HIStory double album was so slept on & not widely promoted. Mike was obviously in his feels & it showed on many of the tracks (DS, where he was speaking to LA DA Tom Sneddon but changed the initials for legal reasons, who went after him for false child molestation charges; Tabloid Junkie speaks to the false-narratives circulated by the media for their gain & to his detriment; Scream-a duet with baby sis Janet-spoke again about lies, scrutiny & malicious treatment by the media, the industry & anyone else that would believe a lie when the truth would do). True MJ fans are familiar with the album, but those who are younger (such as yourselves) are introduced to MJ usually from the Thriller era where his music slapped, but he was non-threatening; on THIS album, Mike had LOTS to say...some people were "skurred"

Firstly, my brother, money itself is the root of evil, but THE LOVE OF MONEY is the root of all evil (that's one of if not THE most misquoted scriptures)...I come from a place of love in saying that. Secondly, Michael was going through the child molestation case during this era, so he was speaking in part of the parents of the child defendant whose parents were schooling the child on what allegations to claim about Michael all for a monetary payout because one of them (I think the dad) had tried to manipulate Michael & failed, hence the smear campaign of claiming Michael sa'd their son but ended up trying to cash in for a monetary settlement. If you listen to DS (same album), those "initials: stood for Don Stanton (in the song), but it was based on the actual LA DA whose real name is (or rather was-he's deceased now) Tom Sneddon who made it his mission to take Michael down for said charges.

The Bad tour was his first Solo Tour; he sang Live, But, if was lip synching, so what (to whoever) is saying something about it. You have to remember by now, M.J. has been performing for 25 yrs, and just like all great artist, you have to give your voice a rest! In order to be able to last in this field, a smart person would to just that, therefore he tour over the next 12 years; sound like a excellent choice to me, just saying...

This album came out in 2001 Sony released M.J. from their label, whichn made him a free agent. He refused to tour to promote this album. He ended up using 30 million dollars of his own money to produce this album. So he did it his way!

Michael Jackson is extremely complex and extremely simple at the same time, it is something surreal that can't be explained with words. It would be necessary to discuss every detail that conposes his songs, and even then it wouldn't be enough to explain because certain artists like him are connected to music in a spiritual realm.

Yeah MJ wad pissed off on the HISTORY album, he didnt care anymore he called everyone out who was responsible. Invincible is also a pretty angry album too. Dangerous which came out before this one was his last "hopeful" album, it was also his most freespirit one too, he incorporated a lot more do better for the world type songs and had more spiritual songs as well.

The Soviet Union was still in the process of communism phasing out in 1991. So it was still pretty much a police state in some ways. This was the first time that there had been a rock concert from a western nation, so the military guys saw the release of energy from the fans as some sort of aggression. Brutality was the norm for that nation up to that time, it was pretty bad. The military guy was beating a camera with the billy stick because, for whatever reason, they didn't want it to be photographed. I'm around the same age as the guys in Metallica, so I clearly remember this.
