Years later looking for this game and finding it had a cult following who were all fascinated with the obscure mechanics and borderline masochistic gameplay. Still never beat it myself, but I guess I can live vicariously through KZbin videos with this one.

Played this as a kid and it broke me. I had no idea how the game worked but i loved it. My first digimon evolved to monochromon and then metalmamemon. I was so proud. He died. I cried. My next digimon evolved into a numemon and spit poop and got beat up. I couldn't take it. I missed metalmamemon, never played it again. Nice to see someone beat it.

Loved this game as a kid. Fun fact, in the spanish version (I believe in any european version) there was a bug where they didn't code an Agumon dialogue to get into Ogremon's fortress, so you could NEVER get any digimon from Ogremon's fortress (and I believe you couldnt get some other digimons aswell that you'd get after Ogremon), so I'm not sure if it was possible to finish the game xD. Kinda funny that they shipped the game with such a major bug

The Centaurumon minigame is one of those things that translated sorta poorly Iirc it's just a Ghost Leg Lottery. You just pick a lane and go up, taking the first intersection you come to every time, until you get to an end. There's no actual choice. I guess this is a puzzle, but it's way more easy to figure out if you are in a country where this is very common I think. It's less common in the western world, but you may have seen it in something like Mario Party.

This is fun, i'm still playing this classic aaerpg(action adventure experiencing role playing game) Digimon World in emulator of android so nostalgia and very nostalgic with i've almost beat the game.

i finishes the Story after 10 yrs of playing i had no internet and found the Digimons by accident. You guys has the Advantage with the US Version i had the German Version with had the Bug where i cant go inside "Ogremons Fortress" so.

This was the best Digimon of them all!! Digimon 2 with the trucky truck was awesome too

I never finished the game. Had it like 23 years ago. But I had the PAL PSX version which was unfortunately bugged and you were locked later in the game, unable to pass further in Ogremons hideout :D
