My opinion: Several vlogers identify the kitchen as "kitchen area" and lanai as "lanai area." I believe the kitchen is a kitchen, and the pool is a pool. There is no need to connect the word "area" on those, at least, two areas of the house.

the property is expensive as you said the house was purchased in 2020 for PH 4 million which price doubled if they bought the house in the current year which is PH 8 million. You got to be kidding.
