Laporsha Tamzale has a video on how she meal prep. Basically she keeps a list of breakfast lunch and dinner ideas that her family eats in her phone notes app, and she creates meals each week from there. I like to eat a pasta dish each week and baked fish once a week.

Please leave your sons intact! Intact is the majority worldwide and in many parts of the U.S. Circumcision rates in the U.S. have declined significantly as the procedure is not medically necessary. Much better to keep them as they were born and let them decide as adults whether or not they want the procedure performed for themselves.

My older brother never forgave my mom for having him circumcised. To have a big part of sex (nerve endings, etc. destoyed) was pne of many of his complaints. My brother is almost 70.

I checked the ingredients for the shampoo on their website but couldn’t find salicylic acid listed there. Do you know if they ah e changed their formula?

So, after looking into your question it looks like the ingredients were changed. The took it out. Because mines were purchased from Amazon I could have had the original formula.

Hey, I do use the lotion and oil. I like to mix the two. It has a strong perfume smell that I like but some people don’t like to use it on their babies because of how strong it is.

I did not use a leave-in this time. I deep condition before styling my hair. For hair maintenance, I only use edge control throughout the week. For bedtime I’m a pineapple and satin scarf girly. No oil, water, gel etc… my hair frizzes and loose definition. Aunt Jackie’s is a staple in my house. Love it 🥰 TFTC

Thank you so much 😊 So, I haven’t died my hair since before I was pregnant which was last year August. I used Ion’s Demi permanent black or blue black depending on what’s in stock. It’s less damaging and drying on my hair versus permanent dye. Thanks for asking a question 😁

I can see now that I should’ve taken smaller sections and work the gel through better. I live in California so it’s not humid, it’s dry. I’m going to try it again with smaller sections.
