@jdsantibanez3 күн бұрын
@@21jfreloNot really. There are very expensive neighborhoods in all Ecuadorian cities, as in any city in the world. The actual town of Samborondón is small and really not wealthy at all. But many modern gated communities started to develop on the town's periphery, which made Samborondón now to be considered a place for people with money. But the actual town of Samborondón is not.

Ecuador's sewer system is a combination of domestic wastewater and stormwater, with a significant portion of the network in major cities like Quito utilizing gravity-fed collectors to transport wastewater, though many areas still lack adequate treatment facilities and significant portions of the population don't have access to proper sanitation, leading to wastewater often being discharged directly into rivers and oceans; Guayaquil has a more developed sewer system with extensive collector networks, but still faces challenges with wastewater treatment and discharge into the Daule-Guayas Rivers.
