What if the episode was started this way?: (After the theme song, we see Larry the Cucumber with Mr. Lunt in place of Bob the Tomato) Mr. Lunt: Hi! Welcome to VeggieTales! I'm Mr. Lunt. Larry: And I'm Larry the Cucumber! And we're here to answer your questions. Mr. Lunt: We sure are. Larry: (Regarding the reason Mr. Lunt is there instead of Bob) I bet you're wondering where Bob is. (Mr. Lunt cracks a grin) He's in the middle of shooting scenes for a new movie, so he won't be around today for this show. Instead, Mr. Lunt has very graciously agreed to fill in. Mr. Lunt: Hello! (To Larry) So, uh, what do you guys do around here? Larry: Well, Mr. Lunt, we just got a letter from Madeline Peters of Franklin, Tennessee. Mr. Lunt: Oh. (To the screen) Hi, Maddie! (Turns to Larry) So, what's her problem? Larry: (Describing the situation) Well, Madeline knows this girl named Jane who is bullying another girl at school and she wants to warn a grown-up about the bullying, but she's afraid she'll get in trouble with Jane too! What should she do? Mr. Lunt: (Thinking about it) Hmm... You know, I think we may need QWERTY for this one. (Mr. Lunt is about to hop away, but stops) Hey, Larry... What does Bob do? Larry: Usually he has a story prepared. Mr. Lunt: Well, don't you have some kind of Larry-Boy story we could use? Larry: (Regarding the previous Larry-Boy videos) We did a Larry-Boy show already. Two, actually. Last one was before the last show. Mr. Lunt: (Understands what Larry is talking about) You're right. Larry: Yeah, so that can wait. (Has a thought) You know, it's been a while since we've done a Bible story... Mr. Lunt: (Has an option) How about "The Godfather" I love that movie! Larry: (Not all that interested) Too gangster. Mr. Lunt: (Tries again) Casablanca? Larry: (Pipes up) Wait! You just gave me an idea! Let's mix this together with the story of Esther!
