I really enjoy that Jordan's world clearly displays that humanity fails when men and women are in strife with each other, but have success and are able to overcome each others' weaknesses when working together. Such a clear theme through WoT.

Sorry, that I am two years later to respond but here is what I found: 1. A Fire Within the Ways: Another short story which was cut from AMoL.. this one is longer than River of Souls and is about Perrin and The Ways. It is in the Unfettered III anthology, and again can be bought as a book or eBook (also $2.99).
