These are two of the most annoying people I've ever seen do a food review. They obviously had no idea about some of the food they were eating, such as the sushi and seafood boil (crawfish), and are making ridiculous comments. When commenting or making a food review, you would state that a particular food is not your preference, but to suggest to the chef to change or tweek their recipe is just stupid. I do not believe this guy who's reviewing is some world-class chef to be making statements like that.
