I would argue that the Joker could actually rival Batman's intillect. He is incredible smart and is even smarter when it comes to manipulating people and knowing exactly how they would react to certain situations. Not only that but the Joker can take punch after punch after punch and still get up. While he isn't the best when it comes to hand to hand strength, his durability is insane and that makes him able to keep up with Batman
