if you want to be popular with attractive women, you need to be exceptional, the guy she dreams of. if you can achieve that, they'll tolerate a lot of bs. find something that you can be successful in and be relentless. also, get in shape. those 2 strengths will have women chasing you.

The only thing people respect is power. And power is charisma, attractiveness, physical capacity for violence, and money. And the way to get those things is to backstab and kiss ass. Morality and kindness are weaknesses. That's why sociopaths rule the world.

@@DarkMatter283 No it's not. I don't care about your opinion either. This is what I've observed about people, not what I've read about in a book.
@DarkMatter2836 ай бұрын
@@tmannintendo I'm not sure what kind of people you've observed because you're viewing the way they behave in a completely one-dimensional way. People respect being nice, although and excess of generosity can be seen as weakness, balance is required. It's completely ridiculous to tell people it's bad to be nice. You also described what power is and how to get it, by "backstab[bing] and kissing ass". I don't see how you have to do that for charisma, attractiveness and strength. Your entire argument is just a set of unrelated things.

So true man...if we don't do any inner work(shadow work) our passive self will keep guiding us! I was a nice guy and now because I became aware and set boundaries I am no longer like that and I skip things that are insignificant with grace without being passive aggressive or I address those things I don't like head on as a masculine man.
@venturewithspack7 ай бұрын
Well said. Thanks for sharing brother. How did you become aware of the fact you were being “‘nice” and passive?
@nebiyuelias16386 ай бұрын
@@venturewithspack I watched a video on traits of a nice guy and I thought they resonated with my behaviors. So I started being aware of my actions and I realized that I do a lot of things that I don't want just for the sake of others and can't speak up for myself. It's just about being self aware and admitting weakness! And being brave to change.

While this video describes me fairly well, i can't see a way out in the short term. I've been married for nearly 3 decades, late 40's, 2 kids still in school. I am 100% ready to end my dead marriage and go out into the world alone. While i want a new woman, i am fully prepared to be alone for the rest of my life if thats how it plays out... but i can't ditch my kids till they graduate high school. I have another 6 years of this shht to put up with, lest i create psychological scars in my boys that they will have to deal with later in life. This year i have been working on myself, fixing things that needed fixing. I have dropped 25kg in under 5 months. I have been dressing better in the office and women have noticed. A young lady in the cafe next to my work was unusually chatty with me, i had to prompt her to take my order. I normally wear baggy clothes, and on this day i looked sharp. You could see the look of surprise on her face as i walked in. I don't think she was interested in me, but it felt nice to be noticed, it has been a very long time. Still have a bit more weight to lose, but i can see the end in sight for the diet. Then comes the gym. Once i have the physical side locked down, I am going to focus on building a life outside of my family. New people, new experiences, and getting out of the comfortable rut i am presently in. Told the Mrs on several occasions i want a divorce, but she knows i am trapped by my commitment to the kids. Up until this year she had been a stay at home mum, but she has just started working part time and next year plans to go full time. That is when i will remove her access to my bank accounts, she can go 50-50 on the bills. Its not like she can cook or clean, and we haven't had sex in years so there is nothing she can withhold or punish me with. The only leverage she has over me is self imposed by my commitment to my 2 boys, i just don't think she realizes it. The way i see it, i have to play a long game. I have a few years to get my shht in order, set aside enough money to get a 2nd car and furnish a new residence, etc.. But i must admit, i am seriously tempted to start dating again now and let the chips fall where they may. I got married when i was 20, i haven't been on a date with another woman in 27 years... that alone is scary enough. Next year i start heading out at night (not to pick up, just to scope night spots and restaurants that i would like to take potential partners to). The real issue will be meeting women in the first place. I have nearly 30 years of the 'avoiding flirting' mindset to overcome

Thank you brother for this podcast episode. It is truly a gift the work you do and I feel very connected to what you share. And most of all it feels good to know that there is someone out there who is openly addressing this issue and encouraging his brothers to heal. For the next episode, I'm interested in the topics of healing the inner child. How do I heal my subconscious and childhood trauma. And the dependence on the nice boy, on other women or people and how can I be there for the inner child myself without the inner child having to seek refuge on the outside

We are created in Gods image, but not holy like God. We are sinners, condemned for our actions. We are not perfect and there are many things wrong with us. That’s the beauty of Jesus Christ, he dies as the Son of God to forgive us of our sins and gift us eternal life if we believe in him.
