Very powerful setup, however I think this might need more of a walkthrough tutorial. All the updates to Substance Designer, I cant follow along to what is being done here, and the settings are not working the same either.

I completely understand your frustration regarding the lack of details in my videos. In reality, my priority lies more in creating visual content rather than providing step-by-step tutorials. It's undeniable that there are many talented creators on this platform who excel in creating tutorials. Their pedagogy surpasses mine, and I'm confident that you'll be able to find resources more tailored to your needs. However, I want to emphasize that my materials are still usable, and the nodes I use remain the same as when I initially created this content. They are automatically adjusted to remain compatible with the recent versions of Substance Designer. While I don't offer detailed step-by-step guides, I hope that my creations can still inspire and assist you in your own projects. Please don't hesitate to ask specific questions about techniques or settings you would like to better understand. I will do my best to respond to your inquiries to the best of my abilities. Thank you sincerely for your interest and support. Your feedback helps me improve my future content.

Might buy it just because the textures come with the video creation. That is mighty tempting. If you make some more interesting work i'll be sure to stick around and learn

Great video! But it's efficiency is greatly reduced by how fast it is.

The long versions are all available on Gumroad

Please do a full tutorial on how you did the moving hologram.
@NalouN Жыл бұрын
It is quite simple to make, it is a curved plane with a flat UV. By changing the coordinates of the texture the posters loop around the plane. By playing with the opacity in poitillism and emissive we easily obtain a hologram "effect" !

How did you learn how to do such things?? Very hard

Substance make very good tutorials. Once the logic of the nodes is understood, the texture creates itself by tinkering.

what happened at 4:25 taimenga? what kind of magic? LOL

I have adjusted some parameters, outside of recording. Just change values, no additional node. It's all about values, a small change and the texture can be totally different.

Yeah, if you go back to the beginnings of many of the elements you can change the outcome really quickly

This looks quite good. Where do You get those pictures for Your base? (talking about first seconds of the vid). Do You create them on Your own?

This is the first and only time I've used an existing height map to turn it into hardware. This image I got from textures.com.
