Please follow the manual it come with printer. we follow the instruction form user manual and currently we forget this. we use LAN cable for networking. When IP address are we fixed then we can anything from web gui.

We cant even take 5 pictures like this.. this printer is not for photo printing.. if we use like this.. we have to change the ink weekly once which will cost upto 4K

This type printer's main problem is a head cleaning issue. Purchase a cleaning card and insert it into printer then press the menu button and start the process head cleaning and press enter. after a few minutes head cleaning process when done then try to print an image. if your problem not solved then please contact with service providers and replace head or another item.
