Hi Lindsay, thank you so much for this wonderful footage of one of my favourite places anywhere in the world. My pal and I go walking there as often as we can. I just wanted to ask, you weren't under the impression that where the water splits in two here, was the confluence of the two rivers were you? I'm afraid it isn't. You DO show the confluence, as you raise your drone up, facing downriver, just a short time after the video begins, but the confluence, even then, is many hundreds of yards in the distance, barely discernible as a different river, from where you are. Anyway, no matter, let me say again, thank you for this video, the day is dull, the footage ISN'T. Cheers. Mike. 👍

More like another advertisement for the campsite, than a tour of the village.

That was fantastic Lindsay - really inspirational. It's one of my favorite areas in the whole world. You added a new perspective to it for me. Thank you. My dear late twin brother and I hiked the river from source in 2013. We shook each others hand at the Confluence and two Kingfishers flew by - one down the Wye and the other up the Lugg. It was amazing! Here is the last video if 6 of that final stretch and handshake and sighting. (we point to the Kingfishers). If you want to watch all 6 they are on this other channel. kzbin.info/www/bejne/bWGQmmODmb2Dmqs Well, your take one mesmerizing. Beautiful! All the best. Mark

Would it be okay if I would be able to use some of these drone shots in an upcoming video of mine? I would link to your channel and give you full credit. :)

+Jack Minter. Hi Jack, Yes that would be fine. I live in Ross-on-Wye Herefordshire and would consider assisting with any other project you may need help with? My email is [email protected]. Good luck. Please send a link to your proposed video.

Hi Sophie, Thank you for watching my video and posting a question. The drone I use is a DJI Phantom 2 with a GoPro 3+ Black. For stability it uses a Zenmuse HD 3D gimbal that works a treat. I have a number of videos using this aircraft and an older DJI Phantom 2 Vision for stills. Just search under my name Lindsay Perrin on KZbin. Have a great day, thanks. Lindsay

Hi Chris, yes it does look a bit like one. It was my first occasion in 40+ years of staying at Butlins and not that much has changed....accept the cost! Still my granddaughters absolutely loved it. Cheers.
