First of all, educating people and trying to erase the stigma of being called, “mad lady/mad.” Secondly, there needs to be specialized doctors, nurses in the healthcare profession and the government needs to put a lot of funding into mental heath. As developed as Canada is, their mental health system is far from superior. It’s lacking funding so I don’t know if a first world can’t do it properly, how would a third world country do it.
