I have a brushless 3650/3100kv, can I use a 4S battery?

@@risalgaming7683 Yes, I know you well, but depending on the size and pitch of the propeller, it can be quite a strain on the motor, or it can be combined and give good results. From experience, if you want to use 4S on that motor, the KV is high, so choose a propeller size of 41~42mm and a pitch that does not exceed 1.4, and if possible, connect an ESC with a generous specification. I recommend preparing an ESC of at least 120A. And this is a part that is often overlooked.. The discharge rate (C Rate) of the battery must be at least 60~70C or higher when using a real spec battery. If the battery spec is exaggerated (a cheap, average battery), the battery may swell after just one full throttle drive.

Oh, and depending on which company's motor and which product it is, the results (whether it will hold up or break down from overheating) may vary, so if you do a test cruise with the above combination for the first time, I recommend that you do a short cruise for 1-2 minutes and check the temperatures of the battery, transmission, and motor.

요트 모델중에는 나름 빠르다는 교쇼 쇼윈드도 가끔 띄우지만 사실 스피드내는 장르가 아니다보니 바람 조건만 좋으면 이 모델도 굼뜨지 않게 잘 나갑니다. 되려 미풍에는 미트급 시윈드보다는 얘가 더 잘 나가는 특성이 있고 작아서 휴대성 좋고 나름 장점이 있네요.. 조립은 미터급 교쇼 시윈드나 작은 죠이스웨이 이런 제품이나 크기만 다를 뿐이지 세일을 직접 조립하고 리깅하는 것도 직접해야하니 난이도도 같은 편이랍니다. ㅎ

호라이즌 터그선이 스케일감 좋고 편하죠.. ㅎ 저는 제 보트나 지인 보트 등 크기가 들쑥날쑥해서 그냥 자작을 했더랬습니다. 감사합니다.

No problem at all. I hope you make a nice boat. However, as you know, 90A may be sufficient or insufficient depending on the size and pitch of the prop to be used, so please check the ESC heat and battery heat after the maiden voyage. I used a 40mm prop for that spec, and the 41mm was fine too, but drained the battery relatively quickly.

영상에 저 모델은 원래 전체 흰색인데 오래되서(약 15년쯤되었을거 같습니다.) 누렇게 변색된 걸 전주인 분인 따로 에나멜 페인팅을 한 것을 제가 중고매입했던거구요.. 비교적 몇년전에 나온 모델은 전체 파란색(오션 블루 컬러비슷)에 선체 후미쪽 흰색띄가 있는 디자인입니다. 전체 모양은 바뀐게 없구요..씨윈드는 국내 재고가 거의 없는거 같구요..60정도했던거 같아요 파란색 버젼..미터급 교쇼 신모델도 나온거 같은데 씨윈드와 킬이랑 선체가 약간 다른듯 싶네요 저도 파란색모델(사무실에 DP용..ㅎ) 구매할 때 카본 버젼을 살까하다가 카본이 쉬 크랙이 난다라고 해서 그냥 FRP버젼으로 구매했네요.. 호수 공원에서 세일링하는 영상을 요트클럽(네이버 카페)에서 본듯한데 당사자분이 아니실까 싶네요.ㅎ 저 곳은 경기도 남양주 진접에 있는 곳입니다.

Even with the same capacity, the 4S battery is more economical than the 6S, and the boat weight can be much lighter, and a high RPM motor is used to achieve the highest speed in the insufficient voltage (4S). Of course, we also have 6S boats, but recently I have often floated 4S spec rigger boats. Heat generation is no problem if the water cooling structure is well arranged.

@@tiislam8738 The original plan was 120A esc according to the motor specification, but due to the narrow space inside the boat, I had to put in 90A. If you are using 4S with a 41mm (p1.4) prop for the same motor, 120A is recommended, and 150A would be an overflowing specification. Even with the current 90A ESC, there is no heat at all.
