One if the annoying things about these is the army just being there literally as the outbreak starts so making it seem like the army just chills there every normal day before that. Show the police being over run then have a scene like an hour later where the army arrives and tries to fight back dont just throw a few soldiers into the mix from the start and say "oh they couldnt contain it oh well
