Did u wash it? What did you use if you did and did you blow dry it? I just got the 14 inch upgrade blonde one and I love it but I have not done anything with except I did change the part to the middle and I think it looks better.

I had a repeated blocked sinus on the right side, that would occasionally cause headaches and pain in my teeth. I cut back on gluten a while back, not because I thought it would clear it, but then as a consequence of cutting it out, I noticed the sinus issue completely disappeared. I since have gone from gluten free to occasionally eating something containing gluten, and if the gluten food I eat is purely gluten, like a bread roll, or slice of cake, my nostril becomes blocked and I can get pain. If I eat some brown pasta with a vegetable sauce, so the gluten is more diluted (if that makes sense) I don't seem to have pain/blocked sinus. I'm convinced some kind of gluten sensitivity is causing my sinus issues. I'd recommend people experiment cutting out gluten, good luck.

You've inspired me to eliminate dairy. Been doing keto over a month. Thinking about doing carnivore as an elimination diet. I've had sinus surgery, an expensive neti pot, and have tried several prescription sprays, antibiotics, and antihistamines. I get bad headaches with changes in weather and elevation, every time. It takes about 24-48 hours for my sinuses to acclimate. I've had allergy testing, food sensitivity testing, and immunology testing. There were no significant findings. Tired of going to specialists who just keep prescribing the same stuff or suggest more surgery. Time to take matters into my own hands. Forgot to mention dizziness, brain fog, fatigue, and ear and throat pain. I'm probably leaving something out.

Hi. I'm having same issues. How long did It take you to notice an improvement from going dairy and gluten free. I'm having alternating congestion and my congested side is fully blocked. It's really hard to sleep. The only thing that help is afrin. But that's not good for long term use.
