Thank you for making this video... I just bought a 2013 Forest River Surveyor Select (gross weight 5700) from a family member and I also have a 2017 Lincoln Navigator L Reserve eco boost. Does the Lincoln require an external break controller or is it built in the factory towing system? Thank you in advance for your time...

you're gonna strip the gears in the spring bars if you keep using the impact wrench on them. thats why it says not to use an impact in the owners manual. buy the right tool for the job.

Yes, Tekonsha Prodigy. This unit has 3 main settings with the ability to fine tune the brakes to the right amount of pressure. LED is easy to see and adjusting the setting while braking is a plus also. That has to be a very low mileage, well maintained Merc for it to still have everything working like that. There's only *one* car company that builds a car that has that feature, that will still be working perfectly decades later, even that if the car has been neglected for years.... & that company damn sure ain't from Germany.

Seems all the "sub-systems" have to be reset after a battery change...windows/sunroof/etc (sorta like in most vehicles after a battery change typically you have to reset the radio stations due to complete loss of power for the memory). I've learned in a W140 a myriad of systems have to be re-set. Research that some and see if it can all start working again. I have a '97 S320, and am working through it all after a battery change.

Hi - Does this Phoenix radio work with any other amp for the GX470 besides the Mark Levinson amp that comes with the SUV? My ML amp is shot and would rather buy a different amp rather than spend $400 to get the ML amp fixed. If you could suggest other amps that works with this Phoenix amp that I can use with GX470 I would appreciate it. I'm ok to change out the speakers as well but would not want to change out the entire wiring system. Thanks
