Tip: if u want your stick to be in the center, go to "OPTIONS" on your MFD, and click "JOYSTICK MODE". that will reposition your eject levers and joystick. also for formation flying, i recommend turning down your joystick sensetivity to 0.60, by going into the "OPTIONS" page on the MFD, and selecting "JOYSTICK SENS", cycling through it until 0.60
