This is older and I haven't had time to go through all your videos. This is the decision from the Ninth District Court (I understand you are in Utah, over which the Ninth Circuit presides. This was an interesting case. It involves a CPS worker lying to a court to get a court order to remove children from their homes. This happened in 2000. It finally got to the Ninth Circuit in 2016. The argument was CPS violated the Constitutional right of the parents with that lying to the court regarding the children's circumstance. The case was about Qualified Immunity of the CPS workers. If you don't know what Qualified Immunity, I think you do though, reply and I'll explain it. Anyway, the lower courts ruled that the CPS workers lying was so egregious and violated the Constitutional Rights of the parents, blatantly. The CPS workers appealed the ruling all the way up to the Ninth Circuit. What it boils down to is the CPS workers lost their qualified immunity and had to pay on the lawsuit. Need to include the scenario in the stranger danger talk with your children. If they are someone they dont know, they dont speak to them. This keeps it simple for children which keeps them safe. The government is negligent to subject children to a confusion of the " dont speak to strangers " principal.
